The location is ideal for maximum tranquility and allows not having to take the car. You can walk to the beach and shopping. You only need to take the car if you want to visit other villages in the area.There are several terraces distributed in different directions that let to choose shade or sun in any moment.
There is a large terrace with BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals.
From the living terrace there is a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Medes Islands.
Built on three floors. In the access to the house is a large parking area for several cars right in front of the garage.At an elevation of one flooris the entrance to the house. With a Master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and access to the the pool terrace. A very big kitchen, living with a large terrace facing the swimming pool and with a marvellous view to the beach, in the same floor is a guest toilet.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, all with twin beds, the second bathroom with bath .
Above the bedrooms floor there is a roof terrace with great privacy and spectacular sea views.
There is a large terrace with BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals.
