CasAlegra is a charming and cozy vacation home. Surrounded by a garden and three terraces, it is an 8-minute walk from the traditional village of Begur and a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aguafreda, Agua Blava, and Tamariú.

Carefully decorated in a minimalist Mediterranean style and furnished mostly with new items.

A public outdoor pool, with paddle tennis courts and a snack bar, is a 5-minute walk from the house.

The Space
This is our family home where we spend a lot of time with our friends and loved ones. We’ve put a lot of love and energy into renovating it.

Every year we make it a little more beautiful.

The house is divided into two separate levels (ideal for teenagers or couples with young children). The first level has two double bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom that opens onto a 20 m² terrace with an outdoor kitchen. Upstairs is the main house, featuring a 10 m² ground-floor terrace and another 30 m² terrace, plus a relaxation area.

The house has 4 double bedrooms (one of which has 2 single beds), 1 study with a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bedroom, 3 bathrooms (one of which is outdoors and also serves as a laundry room), 3 terraces, and 1 outdoor kitchen.

Other notable features
The interior renovation of the house is complete; the back of the garden is currently being landscaped. The house does not yet have a pool, but it is located 100 meters from a beautiful outdoor municipal pool with a lawn.
