The property offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, a private swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, providing everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava.

Outside, the private swimming pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by a large lawn area, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of Les Gavarres. The house also features a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for dining outside and making the most of the pleasant summer evenings.

The interior of the house is spacious, bright and practical. The open-plan kitchen connects directly to a large living room, creating an ideal area where all guests can spend time together comfortably.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during the stay. For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.

The house has five bedrooms. The layout includes one bedroom with a double bed and a modern private bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, one bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, and a fifth bedroom with two single beds.

The accommodation has three complete bathrooms with showers, providing greater comfort and convenience for larger groups. The house also includes a separate laundry room.

The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.

The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
