ENVIRONMENT DESCRIPTION:

Apartment located in a quiet residential area in a cul-de-sac with walking access to Del Racó beach.

A gate at the bottom of the garden gives direct access to a path and then to a street leading to Del Raco beach and to those of Pals and Illa Roja in 15 minutes. You then have access to the widest and deepest beach in Bégur (Sa Riera) and the 2nd longest beach on the Costa Brava (Pals), each offering all the services you need (supervised swimming, WC, showers, motorboat, windsurfer, catamaran, pedal-boat, paddles, classic or electric mountain-bike rentals...), bars, straw huts on the sand, restaurants, mini-market, beach goods shop, bakery, newspaper shop. La playa del Raco combines the advantages of a large sandy beach with the charm of a rocky cove, offering an immense stretch of fine sand bordered by dunes, the longest on the Costa Brava after Roses. Illa Roja, meanwhile, is one of the region's most unspoilt beaches, whose wild beauty is much sought-after by photographers.



For walkers, we recommend the easy, signposted Pals-Sa Riera, Aiguafreda-Sa Tuna, Platja-Fonda-Aiguablava and Llafranc-Calella trails.

Scuba diving at Sa Riera, Aiguafreda or Aigua Blava, with access to the most beautiful fish reserve in the Mediterranean, the Medes Islands.

2 years ago, we made a bet that our dream of buying a pied-à-terre between sisters in Begur would become reality. And it has!
