Holiday Home 'La Maison Neuve' with Quiet Location, Spacious Layout, and Family-Friendly

Charming Breton house located between Béganne and Caden, in the heart of the countryside. Spacious and fully renovated in 2020, it offers peace and comfort. The large garden features a pétanque court, swing, and space for football. Enjoy relaxing on the south-facing terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture. Pets are welcome.



The spacious living room, with stone walls and a wood-burning stove, has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a large dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, Soda-Stream, and washing machine. There is a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, plus a separate toilet on the ground floor.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with large double beds (180x200) and one bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Bed linen is included. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet upstairs. Towels are included. A cozy reading nook with a small library is available.



Explore the many country paths winding through meadows and forests—ideal for walks or bike rides, with the chance to spot wild deer.
