The wellness area with whirlpool and sauna is located on the ground floor, which makes this house also interesting in winter, while the outdoor pool provides refreshment in summer. There is a living room with kitchen and dining area as well as a bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, a toilet and a terrace with countryside views await you on the upper floor. One bedroom has a minimum ceiling height of approx. 120 cm.

For cycling enthusiasts, there are nearby cycle paths surrounded by unspoilt nature. We recommend a visit to the baroque town of Varadin and its famous fortress called Stari Grad, which will take you back in time, at least for a moment.
