Positives: Good value for money. Comfortable sitting area with internet TV and sofas. Good size rooms. Plenty of storage. Wifi good. Good shower. Clean throughout. Towels provided. (Yorkshire) Tea and coffee provided. Cleaning materials provided. Good washing machine. Heating worked well. Parking on street was easy. Dogs accepted and close to small park for morning and evening walks. Negatives: Finish on the accommodation could be better. Overflowing bins right next to front door on arrival. Sink in bathroom blocked. Strong smell of cannabis and some noise from neighbouring properties during evening/night-time.
