Le : maison isolĂ©e, au calmeLes - : maison pas entretenue, voire dĂ©labrĂ©e - certains chĂąssis ou volets pourris, murs intĂ©rieurs sales (traces de doigts etc.), planches de WC abimĂ©es, hotte cassĂ©e, portes de penderie ou de douche ne se refermant plus, poignĂ©es de meubles manquantes, joints de douche moisis, porte de douche, pommeau de douche ne se fixant plus, fuite Ă  une Ă©vacuation lavabo bassine sous Ă©vier, terrasse arriĂšre large balcon couverte de mousse, table extĂ©rieure cĂŽtĂ© piscine ondulĂ©e, chaises longues dĂ©chirĂ©es sur les bords, margelle de la piscine en bois qui se dĂ©composent, lampes abĂźmĂ©es, plafonnage se dĂ©composant dans salon, dans une des chambres, dans deux salles de bain, impossibilitĂ© d'ouvrir certaines fenĂȘtres, pas d'Ă©clairage arriĂšre donc impossibilitĂ© d'aller se baigner le soir, prĂ©sence d'orties.Quant au nettoyage, 200 !, il n' est pas fait correctement (divan blanc tĂąchĂ©, poubelles cuisine pas lavĂ©es, poubelles d'un wc pas vidĂ©e, bondes Ă©vier ou douche sales avec cheveux, chiures de mouches au sol, portes des armoires de la cuisine avec des traces de doigts et de salissures, certaines casseroles collantes, brosses de wc sales et vieilles, buanderie encombrĂ©e, salle Ă  manger avec mauvaises odeurs,...) Pas de clim, nous le savions mais pas de ventilateurs non plus...Les photos sur le site ne reflĂštent pas la rĂ©alitĂ© Dommage car cette bĂątisse bien entretenue, et quelque peu amĂ©nagĂ©e, serait superbe.
