Mediocre. They had to go in and get the used towels out of the room and put new ones in when I arrived. Not many outlets so they had extensions loaded. Could not see out of the peephole in the door, looked like it was filled with paper.

First thing I noticed when I got settled in room, that there was no toilet paper. Went to office, they gave me a roll. Later in evening, realized the room heater/AC was unplugged and laying on floor. Tried to plug it in and wall socket wasn't type that would accept the device plug. Must have used adapter, but none located. Overnite, temperature dropped to 30 degrees. Was about 45 in the room. Then tried to take shower. Didn't have hot water. Ran water 6 minutes before some lukewarm water appeared. Then turn to shower and water from spray was just a trickle. After a few mins it turned back cold again. Worse experience I've ever had at a Hotels.com placement.

The room had good size, the bed slept well, the curtains could be closed properly as they did not come together one higher than the other, no coffee cups in the room only the clear plastic ones and no way ya can enjoy coffee that way, the room was very outdated, TV was a 24 inch with poor reception, the staff was friendly, the ladies wore tee shirts with sleeper pants, night shift the man wore a dirty black teeshirt that looked like he had been working in all day and his jeans where dirty as well. Breakfast was offered as most places yet when asked what time breakfast was the night shift stated no breakfast, juice and coffee 24/7. No coffee made and the apple juice was out of order. Asked where ice machine was. Night shift said he had to get it. Locked behind two locked doors was the ice. The guy took the ice scoop, a plastic bag and placed ice in it. No wearing of a glove to cover his hand as he was reaching in the ice machine. I threw the ice away. I will never again stay at this location and will tell all my friends and family to stay clear of this place. Very disappointed. Wish I could get a refund.

when I arrived the desk clerk informed me my room had been canceled by Expedia. I did not cancel my room, received no confirmation my room was canceled, was told they could give me a room at a higher rate which only to find out I had been charged by you for a room I was told had been canceled having me pay twice for the same night

I did spot a couple of small insects. I immediately murdered them to smash. Were they roaches? I didn’t give them a chance to find out. I will say this, the staff was helpful and informative. The beds were not queen, they were full size. You get what you pay for

I went in in the room was not very clean and then people was messing with the door soon as I got there couldn't even take a shower so within two hours I left and I would like my money back because I was overcharged. It was only supposed to be $50 And I've got charged 80 and I want my money back. I bought a guarantee.

The property shared an entrance with a fast-food restaurant, so it is confusing the first time there. Location made it easy to walk to several restaurants and eateries. The rooms were clean and enjoyable.

The motel was awful!! We only stayed there for 1 hour and found a different place to stay. The bed felt wet when sitting on it. There were holes in the wall and we could hear a smoke alarm beeping in another room. It smelled bad and there was only one towel in the bathroom. The room two doors down had a broken door and window so it was padlocked shut. After we moved we found out that it was know for drug dealing there.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms reeked of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be no smoking. There were holes in the walls, the bathroom was a disgrace with a broken faucet and there was mould on the shower walls and tub. There was a guy up stairs that came out screaming he was being held hostage in his room. There was no breakfast even though the add said continental breakfast included. The photos of this place are a total scam and I feel totally cheated for booking this place online as I paid $190 AUD for a night in a total dump. In my opinion it should be demolished. Not happy at all.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. The service was good but it motel was behind a Dairy Queen and Waffle house. Convient for breakfast but difficult for driving in and out.

I took pictures if you would like to see. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom had a large hole between the toilet and bathtub. The electric heater in the bathroom did not work and was rusty. There were roaches climbing the wall next to me and I was doing my makeup at the desk. There was only one chair and it was myself and my husband. We will not be staying there again. The whole place was nasty looking. The handrail going in the front door was loose. I almost fell.

Staff was friendly, but the room smelled very musty, the bathroom door didn't shut because there was so much paint on it...the building and rooms are old and dated so even if clean they felt kind of gross. There was light shining in from surrounding restaurants and it was noisy..both from other rooms and outside activity.
