Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Clean, room was nice and big. Only complaint was there is not much green space to walk the dog. This would not deter me from staying at this hotel aging.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Good lighting in bathroom and throughout. Good breakfast. Carl, who set up breakfast each morning was an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Always cheerful and respectful of the guests. Farrah, the AGM, delivered us a nice gift when they found out we were on our honeymoon there (Carl from breakfast informed them). We were treated so well and with kindness. Great people and a beautiful property.

Great proximity to nearby New River Gorge national park, which was excellent. Go on the whitewater rafting trips. Awesome! Room was clean, comfortable, and check in was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new hotel. Sheets were a bit itchy because they were new. Need a few more washings. The big thing was the mattress was not very comfortable. Assuming they are all new since it just opened. They felt like they were 30 years old.
