The space
The area of the apartment is 30m2 and it is designed in that way so that it feels like you are in a spacious one bedroom apartment.
Studio Balsa consists of:
- Living room with sofa bed which is 200 x 160 cm and is suitable for sleeping as well
- Bedroom with king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Balcony with balcony furniture overlooking the sea and greenery around a building
- Free public street parking (reservation is not possible)

Everything that you need for short or long stay you will find here like:
- Linens and towels included
- Smart Android TV 55" with cable TV network
- Free fast optical Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning
- Fully equipped kitchen which has a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, glasses, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, Nespresso coffee maker and kettler.

Guest access
We have cooperation with many from our environment, so we are able to meet the additional needs of our guests, all in order to make their vacation exactly as they imagined it. Therefore, we can offer the following services:
Airport Transfer - On request, extra charge
Licensed tour guide services - On request, extra charge
Car rentals - Extra charge on request
Rental services - This additional service is something that is available to our guests. Reservation is required, the minimum number of days is 3 and an additional charge of 20 Euros per day. The maximum speed of the scooter is 25 km/h, while the maximum range after charging is 30 km.
