Large brick terrace off Family Room has seating for 3 with 2 side tables and one large table; fire pit with cedar logs and the wonderful scent that comes with burning cedar. Located in the country, so you’ll hear and see owls, mourning doves, deer, squirrels, song birds, hawks, eagles, fox, coyotes, etc. Neighbors on the north side of Scotchtown Road have seen black bears and bobcats. Short Pump Town Center is 30 minutes away. Kings Dominion is 13 minutes away. Randolph-Macon College and the Town of Ashland is 15 minutes away. Downtown Richmond is 37 minutes away.
