The Bourrineau cottage comprises a living/dining/kitchen area with an inset fireplace and a double sofa bed (140cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a shower room/WC. Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden bordering a tidal creek, with terraces, picnic tables, a wood-fired barbecue, deck chairs, a pétanque court, and a children's play structure. Coming from Saint-Urbain, take the D103 towards La Barre-de-Monts, until you reach the intersection with the D51. At the stop sign, turn left and then immediately right onto La Boissellerie. The gîte is 400 m on your left.
