Located in Beauvezer in the heart of the Haut Verdon valley at an altitude of 1150m, our spacious 140 m² village house can accommodate up to 10 people. Completely renovated, it nevertheless retains its authentic character with its noble materials: solid period parquet flooring, exposed old beams Harmoniously blending the charm of wood and stone, enjoy the calm, comfort and facilities available in our accommodation to live pleasant moments, with family or friends

- Description of the accommodation -

Our village house of 140m² on 4 levels consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each equipped with a walk-in shower), an office-library area, a large living room-kitchen and a TV area on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
Don't forget, who says village house, says stairs! Safety barriers are installed to ensure the safety of the little ones around the stairs.

- Accommodation facilities -

The house has 4 bedrooms: a bedroom with bunk beds, two bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed and a bedroom with a queen-size four-poster bed 160x200. A sofa bed with mattress adds two additional beds and a travel cot is at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue set, plancha as well as a nice secure mini-bar in draft is at your disposal. For breakfast, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker with bean grinder.

For the sanitary facilities, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. A second bathroom with a large walk-in shower is located near two of the double bedrooms. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

The house is equipped with a washing machine with tumble dryer functionality and a drying rack is also provided.

The accommodations are suitable for families, we provide you with childcare equipment: high chair, children's cutlery, bib and cot. Access to the stairs is secured by a door as well as safety barriers.
A Dehuter hiking bag with baby carrier is at your disposal in the accommodation and will allow you to enjoy the beautiful hikes of the Valley with the little ones.

Television, wifi, puzzles, board games, poker case and books are also at your disposal.

The cellar is at your disposal to allow you to store your ski or hiking equipment and to access the stock of firewood for the stove. An electric hoist winch and a log bag are available to facilitate the ascent of the wood.

- What to expect when you come to us -

A village house with stairs, stairs and a few more stairs! Rustic solid parquet floors, exposed beams, stone walls and panelling. The spirit of our accommodation combines slow-life and wabi-sabi and will allow you to get together to share moments that matter near the surrounding mountains.
There are a few hiking trails just a few steps from the house and will allow you to enjoy nature.

- What is planned for your stay -

On arrival you will find the beds made, the house heated (electric radiators in the bedrooms)
For your stay are also provided basic products such as shower gel and shampoo and dishwashing liquid.
The cleaning fee includes cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, dish towels as well as bed and bath linen for each person declared at the time of booking.

Concierge available in case of emergency. The number of our contact on site will be communicated to you before your arrival.
