Escape to a quiet country retreat just outside Emmett, where open pastures, wildlife, & fresh air create the perfect getaway. This private studio apartment sleeps 6 guests & offers a peaceful setting surrounded by cows, horses, deer, wild turkeys, & amazing sunsets on a working ranch. Whether you are looking for a relaxing weekend or place to unwind after exploring the area, this space offers the calm & privacy that is hard to find. We live onsite, but don’t share any connecting walls. The apartment is off to the side & top of our garage. The home features a full kitchen and sitting area with a loveseat, TV & bathroom. The second level is accessed by stairs and features a cozy studio style layout with a combined bedroom & living space with a 55 in smart TV and an additional bedroom & walk-in closet for extra comfort.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we love it. We feel very safe. The area surrounding it is peaceful beautiful farmlands (which makes my heart happy) and Joyce was incredibly accommodating for us as we had a bit of a crazy schedule as we were coming in for a quick whirlwind trip for a family wedding. We slept super comfortably in the beds and the home had everything that we needed and more. (My girls really liked that they had makeup washcloths). Plenty of essential supplies. We will always check to see if it is available when we r needing a place in Emmett.

Lovely property, beautiful location

Loved this property! The layout was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The host was communicative, check in was easy, and it was stocked with everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the foosball table and the playset outside. The country setting is very picturesque, with a shaded drive to the property and horses outside in the adjacent field in the morning.

We found the place easily, it was comfortable and clean, had a nice kitchen with good pots/pans and other kitchen tools, lovely yard, and our kids loved the foozball table! The property was peaceful but had WiFi too. I enjoyed speaking with Joyce and her husband and we look forward to coming back!

Cozy home

We absolutely loved the view and the owners very polite and helpful. This place is so clean and every time we where leaving an owl would follow us in the trees down the drive it was really cool and my sons enjoyed the foosball table and my youngest played on the swing set . We loved watching the Horses and it was just a very beautiful clean place to stay pretty roomy also very nice. Definitely would love to go back again.

My mother-in-law and I recently stayed 2 nights at this rural Emmett farmhouse apartment. We found our stay to be excellent! It was very clean, had everything we needed and more! Beautiful yard and patio. Our hosts have thought of everything you may need for your stay. They were friendly and we loved their dogs. Especially Cooper! We will definitely be returning.

Peace and serenity

This out of the way spot was a perfect location for our family which included grandparents. The location was beautiful and quiet. Accommodations were very clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Beds and couches were very good for travel weary backs. Great place to take an after dinner stroll and visit with the animals. The hosts we exceptional!! Wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely visit again. Thank you!!!

Quiet country retreat
