The staff was great. We found it difficult to cool the room down at night and unfortunately by the time we went for breakfast there wasn’t much left and they didn’t seem to refill anything. Not that we saw anyway. If you get there early the breakfast would be good.

Convenient location with easy parking.

Part of the hotel was closed for renovations; but the staff was helpful, parking was easy and the breakfast was decent. We had some concerns when we saw it was directly across from the train station, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was an easy walk to old town and the wine caves.

Great stay. Friendly staff who speak English well. Rooms are clean. Train station is across the street but you don’t hear it and it doesn’t seem to attract many people. About a 12 min walk to restaurants but is safe and quiet.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable — definitely appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. However, it's located right next to the train station, and the noise from passing trains and frequent loudspeaker announcements every 15 minutes made it hard to fully relax. Great stay if you're not a light sleeper.

Hotel was OK , it is aging and needs small repairs. The bed was the actually great, big and comfortable. Pity about the sleeper couch that was opened made up - it really got in the way, as the lower room is small. We did not need the sleeper couch. It was great to have scrambled egg for breakfast!!

For almost all of the four day stay we did not have consistent hot water to shower. Sometimes it would just be cold, other times it would get warm after 10 or 15 minutes, occasionally it would be hot but mostly just warm. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The staff was of little or no help with the exception of Antoine who was empathetic to our problem and did his best to help us out. Without his efforts our stay would have been much more uncomfortable and frustrating!

Bel hôtel et très agréable. Juste en face de la gare pour ceux qui viennent en train, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de parking propre à l'hôtel est un peu dommage, mais nous avions pu nous garer facilement quand-même. La chambre est spacieuse. Une fontaine à eau dans les communs est disponible pour de l'eau fraîche à tout moment. Le petit déjeuner est très correcte, du sucré et du salé à disposition pour tous les goûts. Peut-être ajuster l'organisation pour la disposition, mais en tout cas le contenu est très bien. Le seul gros point noir est le café qui n'est vraiment pas bon.

Detta var ett utmärkt hotell. Mysiga rum, rena sängkläder och handdukar, bekväma sängar. Kolsyrat dricksvatten finns inte fritt tillgängligt. Te, kaffe och vattenkokare finns på rummet. Vi bodde här i tre nätter. Vi gillade verkligen att man måste lämna in rumsnyckeln när man går och hämta den när man kommer tillbaka. Det ger en trygghet att man inte tappar bort den och skapar en känsla av värme i en värld av plastkort som används på många hotell. Personalen är vänlig och trevlig. Rummet städas varje dag, och en trevlig bonus i form av att leta påskägg på rummet gav oss ett riktigt gott humör. Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen, vilket är mycket bekvämt. Det är fem minuters promenad till stadens centrum. I närheten finns en cykeluthyrning där man kan hyra cykel och ta en tur genom vinodlingarna. Det kan vara lite bullrigt på natten på grund av tåg som passerar, så be om ett rum med fönster mot gården. Men när man är trött efter en aktiv dag märker man knappt av det och sover utmärkt. Vi tyckte om allt. Tack till hotellet och hela personalen! Om vi kommer till Beaune igen återvänder vi gärna.
