The room was visibly unclean. It was unswept, damp and the chair was greasy. There were boogers on the bathroom wall. When I tried to speak to the front desk person he seemed uninterested in my concerns.

The room has cracks all over the walls. Staff was not available during a disturbance at 3 am. Elevator was out of service. You can tell the bathroom had mold on the ceiling they attempt to wipe away. Not sure how this place has high reviews. We will not be returning.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room was still somewhat dirty. The floors needed to be cleaned, and there were bugs in the bathroom. They had the room so cold when we got there that it took most of the night to get it warm. I asked the desk clerk to charge a different card than the one used to reserve the room, but she didn't listen and charged the wrong card. And when we checked out, we were told they can't print a receipt. The only saving grace was that clerk working the second night gave me two bottles of water when I explained that it was out in the vending machine.
