Stay at LaQuinta was average. Their elevator did not work, which would be OK if there was a staircase next to it, but the stairs were at the end of the building making access to the room difficult. Carpets in the hallways and staircase were in need of vacuuming. Otherwise, it's an OK property.

Call and make sure the elevator is working. It wasn't for us and she put ua on the 3rd floor. I've stayed at this La Quinta before and it seems like years now that they are still renovating. Our room had a pee stain on the mattress, so they moved us to another room on the 3rd floor. Both rooms had caulk, joint compound and paint splatters. The toilet seat cover kept dropping down hitting my back while sitting on the toilet seat. The sink drain seemed partially clogged. The vent in the bathroom was dirty and the window had moss looking splatters on the outside. The breakfast was pretty good. I just wish they had toppings for the oatmeal packets and a nondairy milk option.

The elevator was not working. Although we were close to the 2nd floor door, staff had to carry stuff up the stairs. The 2nd floor is under remodeling and has been for some time. I should have been told online of the issue's mentioned.

After paying for our room and given keys to our room on the third floor (room 301), we were advised that the elevators were not working and we were directed to the stairs. We learned later that the elevators had been out of service for about a week, and we were never notified of this. We are in our 70s and climbing stairs are difficult, especially when carrying luggage, but it was too late to get another reservation. The carpet was filthy and looked like ground in dirt. I would never recommend this hotel.

Room was nice, a/c worked, and nice staff. Informed at check in that elevator out of order. Wished bathroom had hooks to hang towels and bathroom fan. A/c had leak first night and was taken care by next day. Over all good stay.

TERRIBLE breakfast. Hashbrown looked like it was from last week. The night shift person told me they had no rooms to accommodate me downstairs to try somewhere else. Their elevators were broken my entire stay. I had my baby with me and this was probably the worse hotel experience I’ve ever experienced. Dirty, smelled like mold. Went to days inn and the experience was totally different. If I didn’t have my little one I would have stayed there !!!

First of all, they only had one room ready for my reservation, when my reservation was for two rooms. The elevator was out and they put us on the second floor. Three in our group have physical limitations and we had to carry our luggage upstairs. This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floors haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. When we entered our room, we found a dorito chip and candy wrapper on the floor. The floors were filthy, the bedside table had sticky residue on it and the sheets were dingy and dirty.
