The staff was great. The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and professional. The problem was we went to our assigned room only to find the door open, lights on, and towels on the bathroom floor and door. We had to go back to the front desk to get another room. Again the ladies were professional and helpful and gave us a different room, which was nice and clean. However, it was 84° in the room! We finally got it cooled down and comfortable enough to go to sleep only to be awakened by a loud, annoying noise that sounded like a fire alarm! It turned out to be the ac — I couldn’t go back to sleep with the loud noise — I am very frustrated! I really would like some type of credit for this frustration. I paid to get a nights sleep —not to be kept awake with an alarm-type rattling noise all night!!!
