I booked through Expedia and when I arrived the room I booked was given to someone else, they never mentioned anything about my dog, until after my stay was over then charged me a pet fee, had they discussed the pet fee they would have known it is a service dog(I have my documents). They also wouldn’t give me a refund for the difference of price in rooms! Not to mention I was ate up by something while sleeping in the bed!! I reached out twice and was told it’s not their responsibility to ask about the pet, I am aware of that, but it is their responsibility to disclose all charges at check in!!! Never going again!

The first night was uncomfortable due to the AC UNIT in the separate king room not working but the next day they quickly moved us to another room where it made a big difference the next 2 nights of our stay were great..Will Definitely be staying here again !!!!
