Hotel was very clean and offered coffee 24/7. Management was also very friendly, Hatel was exceptionally kind and helpful; I hope I spelled her name correctly. Breakfast was fresh and hot daily with lots of choices not usually offered.

Liked , it was clean for the most part . BROKEN .... hot tub , telephone , door handle / key card ac was preset in room , it would shut on and off every few min , it wasn't a consistent air flow . the halls and lobby felt like no ac at all , it was very moldy smelly and extremely HOT THE POOL WAS FILTHY THE room didnt get cleaned while we were out , supposedly we were to ask for a clean room and new fresh towels. we checked out a day early .. we wont be back . and so disappointed that this is a Hilton chain.

Ok I don’t mean to bash anyone but tell me why I went to bed with no bites on me and when I woke up the next morning I had a 2 bites behind my right are 2 on my back left then 2 bites on my right and one on my front shoulder blade I’m sure it’s bed bugs I stayed in room 211 thankful for the stay but not the bites please fix this cause people pay hard earned money to stay and be safe and wake up like I slept out side. SMH

Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel.
