The staff at this hotel were truly amazing — kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the stay was challenging due to multiple episodes of no hot water, which was reportedly caused by city maintenance on the water pipes. While this issue was outside of the hotel’s control, it did impact the overall experience. That said, the staff handled the situation with care and courtesy, and their excellent service made a difficult situation much more manageable.

We ended up leaving the property because there was a buzzing sound every three or four minutes in the wall despite changing rooms it still existed. Could hear it also in the hallways. Linked with the elevator and the electrical system somehow. Very disruptive.

Not satisfied. I had to change 3 rooms and later just took what they got and stopped complaining. I cut my visit short and left the next day. Lady at the counter was courteous and promised to refund for 1 day. Will see when that happens.

This hotel seems to have aged poorly in the last 10 years. We used to stay here frequently during our travels and always enjoyed it, but it's looking a bit run down these days - drooping ceiling tiles, noticeable wear and tear, potholes in parking lot, de-lamination on dining tables, etc.

Door lock didn’t work easily with key cards. Needs worked on. I’m 73 and appreciate quick and safe entry. Also needs newer safety latch on inside of door. Also needs newer mattress. Bed not the usual comfortable sleep like most Hampton Inns.

The only complaint I had was the beds in the handicapped accessible room was very uncomfortable. Creaked every time we moved and felt every rod/spring or whatever was in the mattress. Husband had to try and sleep sitting up on the chair. Reported to front desk clerk so hopefully they will replace the mattresses. Otherwise the stay was pretty much enjoyable and the staff service was wonderful and friendly.

My refrigerator was horrible and rusted inside there was stuff stuck in the top section of the refrigerator… My room smelled of mold or dampness…. Took pictures of the refrigerator to show when I checked out the person checked she indicated that she would give me a credit or points however, none of this has happened.
