We didn't get a chance to actually sleep at this property but for what I was the frony office was clean and the front desk attendant was knowledgeable and understanding. The issue was the auto locks the room wasnt locking. So she sent us to the Hawthorne next door. Which is also a Wyndham property with beautiful esthetics. The only 2 problems was they put us in a room (300) by the freeway with a mattress that definitely wasnt tested by a human. I could hear the cars and 18 wheeler trucks as they passed all.night long and added the air conditioner being loud too.Also the beds were hard. Wait!! I forgot about the breakfast the eggs was horrendous 😫 nothing made them great. They were cold...the cook kept checking the food as if she was worried or cared but everytime she walked away and didnt throughly check I knew she didnt give damn. Never did she check the temp or replace the food after an entire hour. NO! The positive things...I did not complain

Room was great the first night, but nobody at the hotel told me there would be NO housekeeping on New Year’s Day. So garbage piling up in my room. Then when I added two more nights to my reservation, the card reader on my door literally stopped working (housekeeping had to use a physical key to open my door for me). Front desk lady barely seemed to care and when I asked if they were going to call maintenance to fix my door, all she said was that she could move me to another room.
