The only thing that was good about this property was the bed. The staff was a mess, the place was dirty, and I took a cold shower with 5” of water in the tub and a shower wand that drizzled cold water down my back.

Not quality if Courtyard Mariott

The hotel was not up to the standard to of a Courtyard Marriott. There were multiple issues, TVs did not work, elevator were sketchy, no hot water in the shower/bath. Beds were good and the A/C works that’s the only positive.

The place has a strong, foul musty odor. Needs a paint job, working lights, new carpet! I understand Beaumont is a oil and gas town however the facility should never be this disgusting!

Worst Marriot ever ! Marriot needs to pull their nose from this establishment. Elevator not working properly, no hot water, door key/ lock not working properly, bad need of remodel. Housekeeping just comes in room. Multiple issues, not a Marriot experience.
