## Space

Located on our working organic vineyard and farm, this 110 m² cottage is set in a former stone barn full of charm and character.

🛏️ The gîte accommodates up to 6 guests and is laid out for both comfort and convenience:

- 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor
- 2 additional bedrooms and a shower room upstairs
- Heating and air conditioning in every room for optimal comfort all year round.

🍽️ The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen with a central island, fully equipped with:
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter and pod coffee machines, kettle, toaster...

🛋️ The living/dining room opens directly onto the terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals indoors or out.

🌿 Outdoors, enjoy:
- Two private terraces, one of which has your own private spa, tucked into the old barn for a cozy, sheltered retreat
- A flower-filled garden, loungers, outdoor seating areas and full countryside vibes

🎯 On-site activities include:
- Table football, ping-pong, pétanque, Molky, free bikes available
- Swing set, playhouse, chicken coop and games for kids
- Scenic walks through the vines and forest, right from the doorstep
- A chance to meet and feed our friendly farm animals: donkeys, goats, chickens and a pig
- Professional massage treatments can be booked right at the gîte
- And of course, we offer organic wine from our vineyard for sale

🪴 A herb garden is available for guests, and the atmosphere is all about rest and simplicity.


## Access

The entire gîte is yours privately. You’ll also have full access to shared outdoor areas: covered patio with games, bikes, garden, and animal areas.

## Neighborhood

Located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre countryside, the area is peaceful, green, and full of charm.
Just a short drive away, you can explore:
- The medieval towns of Villeréal, Monpazier, and Issigeac
- Local markets with incredible regional produce
- Activities such as canoeing on the Dordogne River, castle tours, antique markets, caves, museums, and more

## Transit

A car is necessary to reach the gîte and explore the area.
Private on-site parking is available and free.

## Notes

- Bed linens are provided, but towels are not
- The spa is private and located in an open (unheated) barn area
- Please bring your own essentials (toiletries, food basics, etc.)
- We follow a strict recycling and composting system, thank you for supporting our eco-friendly approach
