The villa with a surface area of 250 m², sitting on a one-hectare park, enjoys an exceptional environment within the Luberon regional park and more specifically in the golden triangle so rightly renowned for its villages perched on their "rocky acropolis". Due to its privileged location on the slopes of a hill attached to the highly sought-after town of Goult, 4 km from Gordes, facing the Petit Lubéron, the villa does not suffer from any nuisance from the outside. A dispersed habitat respecting the wide open spaces allows you to be immersed without being isolated in the Provence of yesteryear while enjoying the comfort of today. Each of the surrounding properties has one hectare of land, sometimes more, ensuring perfect privacy and tranquility.

After passing through the gate with automatic opening, a long shaded driveway leads to the villa and the parking area that can accommodate several vehicles
in addition to the 2-seater carport.
As an extension of the finish area, the bowling alley sheltered under the trees will not fail to seduce petanque enthusiasts.

The small gardens on either side of the main entrance door display a whole range of Provençal species. Paths wind between the shrubs before joining on each side of the villa the vast terrace facing S.S. West, or both
rooms located on the first floor, or the pool house and the swimming pool which are displayed below small gardens held back by a low stone wall where a thousand and one flowers are scattered, or the park naturally populated by trees and shrubs and which unfolds in front of the living rooms beyond the upper terrace with the Petit and Grand Luberon in the line of sight.
The perfectly equipped pool house (gas plancha, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water, dishes) offers pleasant moments in this corner of paradise near the large infinity pool.

The villa was perfectly set in lovely, peaceful, surroundings. Inside, it was equipped with everything you could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, appliances etc to outside with a brilliant swimming pool and pétanque court!Breakfasts on the terrace and by the pool were surreal with the open views. Although there are other villas nearby, it was still extremely peaceful. Every room has extremely well-functioning air conditioning. The gardens are very well maintained which adds to the attraction. It feels like a home-from-home. The only slight negative was the rough driveway to the house from the main road - and unfortunately due to a piece of glass, I suffered a rather catastrophic puncture which led to a mini-adventure of its own! The drive could be better surfaced with additional gravel, I think.
