Grass terrace. Slope. Parking for 2 cars in front of the chalet. Alpine chalet from 1871 located in the middle of nature, on an east-south-west facing slope, overlooking the village of Arêches. Very quiet area. Access by a motorable track for 1.5 km. In the heart of the Beaufortain mountain pastures, very comfortable chalet, renovated with a mountain character.
