Didn’t see a single hotel employee our entire stay. Had to check in using a virtual kiosk. Continental breakfast was limited and pancake maker was out of order. The building entrances were not secure. The hallway smelled bad. The room had stains on the floor, the lampshade, the sheets and bedspread.

the room was fine. the grounds were covered in ant piles. my kid stepped in a bunch. there was no staff on premises for the front desk making simple tasks way harder than need be. everything was done through a robot and was very inconvenient. i will never be back.

Other than a kiosk in the lobby operated by a staff member remotely, I never saw a single staff member during my stay. Amenities did not seem to exist. I was not on site during the "breakfast hours" either day of my stay, but the lobby did not even serve coffee before or after the designated breakfast times. The coffee packs in the room were so old and stale the coffee was hard to drink. The steps going up to the 2nd floor were very rickety and I would encourage management to make repairs before someone falls after stepping on a loose stair board, as I almost did multiple times.

No yhe ceiling is peeling in the bathroom and the old chair needs to be cleaned and covered but mold around bathtub and a piece of tissue paper was in a little hold in bathroom amd in the peephole But the views were wonderful. I just think that someone needs to teach them how to clean and to fix a few things in the rooms THANK YOU
