Basically the listing is correct but the pictures are not accurate/deceptive. We stayed for work, if we had stayed for family/vacation rating would be lower. Only one bedroom has dresser and one nightstand. Master bathroom is about the same size as an RV bathroom. Other two have beds only. Kitchen supplies are minimal and most had to be washed, visibly dirty.One tv in living room, other one is outside on screened porch but could never get it to power on as well as with no grill or cushions no reason to sit out there in 85 weather. Washer and dryer are in "owners closet" that has sign to not enter. Once found sheets/towels from previous stay were still in both as well as bloody bedding on ground. Outside trash can was already full so had to keep trash in house until checkout then pile it on. Safety wise, no front porch light, broken board/hole in decking, not secure fence, big opening to under house. Messaged host twice asking for check out rules as we were going to be leaving early and got no response for almost 24 hours. Definitely document how house is when you check in, between the cleaning fee and host fee property is borderline worth the price.
