Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:15 and had to wait almost an hour before we could check in. Front desk attendant was not apologetic for our having to wait, acted as though she didn’t care. Holes in the carpet in our room. No hair dryer in the room.

No shampoo in shower, container was empty, shower curtain was damaged and would not close all the way. $15 for breakfast, Really!!! Went to Rooster Cafe across the street and better quality food for cheaper. Front desk staff at night time check in not friendly.

I asked for the top floor, away from the elevator, as my son is special needs and has trouble sleeping with any noise. I called the hotel before we left Charleston, day of check in. We were not put on the top floor. The front desk woman changed us to the top floor. Upon arrival late that evening, the front desk man said we were changed to the 2nd floor. I was VERY upset, as I checked that morning. He blamed the woman I spoke with that morning. My son barely sleep, so neither did I nor his sisters. The next morning the front desk woman told me she was very upset over our being moved and said the man we checked in with had moved us himself. It was a horrible night. Also we paid for breakfast and it was absolutely horrible and they had run out over an hour before the breakfast was supposed to end!

Room was fantastic as well as the staff. We came down for my son's boot camp graduation. We were to check out on Friday after graduation unfortunately a family member had a medical emergency and we missed check out time (and had our dog in the room). The staff was as sweet as could be about it and so helpful. Very clean hotel in a nice area. Very nice lobby area with bar/restaurant. Close and easy drive to Parris Island. My other son is thinking about joining the Marines and is he does, this will be the only place I'll be booking.

Room was lovely. I booked a handicap accessible room through Expedia and when we arrived there was no record of it. Also on arrival I was told there was a daily parking fee which we weren’t aware of, (for what I’m not sure, since it was just a parking lot!!!) One of the front desk personnel was not very hospitable, considering they were representing the hotel! I will not be back.
