Had to have first room switched because it stunk so bad of Marijuana and cigerette smoke. Second didn't smell like the first one but it did not smell clean. Luckily we travel with febreeze. There were little hairs in the bed and tub. Luckily i got a room with 2 queen size beds. We just used the other one. We were only there for 2 nights so we delt with it but will never go back or use a country inn hotel.

The food at breakfast didn’t seem fresh. It didn’t taste good. There wasn’t a breakfast attendant there. The drapes in our room were ripped. The hotel didn’t seem well cleaned.

Checking in at this property was very undermining, and the customer service was less than subpar. The Caucasian man was not friendly seemed very much, socially, awkward, and distant, did not greet us and just basically took my credit card in my information and slid it back on the counter even though I had my hand out for me to receive my card back. He just remained quiet and wrote the number down on the card slid us the card and once we went in the room, we had to go back downstairs because the card did not access the room so I’m thinking that was done intentionally. He made the experience less likely for me to return to this location.

We were there for the Parris Island boot camp graduation. I booked a king bed. Handicap accessible room with roll in shower. My husband is a combat veteran with bilateral leg amputations. When we checked on we were told there was only one more handicapped room and it was taken. The room we got was ok. It would have been better if my husband could have a shower. We would hope , at least, we could get a refund for the difference we paid.
