Room was very clean !! Being on the first floor. I really appreciated the extra security of the door down the hall being locked and not able to enter it off the lobby without your room key! I had contact with two signin receptionist one about 1 o’clock… I came early… And he did voluntarily put my luggage in a closet for me so I could go get a cup of coffee and wait for a check in! However, the late night receptionist, Aamie, was exceptional! He went “above and beyond” helping me with my luggage, not only at check-in, but at checkout, calling me a taxi, etc. Very much appreciated!! I will highly recommend Ibis at Beaconsfield England!!!

Real value for money, all you need for an over night stay and with witherspoon right next door for breakfast. We had a birthday party in town so was perfect. Would stay again.

The room was satisfactory however the only power socket was by the tv. Having to use a cpap machine which needs to be plugged in so I can sleep was impossible as it wouldn’t reach the bed with comfort and therefore never slept.

It was an easy check in. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. Its worth noting that basic really means it has a bed, tv, loo, shower and sink. Thats all. There is no kettle or hairdryer and only one power socket in the room and it's at the end of the bed. I dont think any of these things are a problem as long as you know you will need to bring a hairdryer etc. There is a 24hr McDonald's and starbucks next door so you can get food and drinks. I had read the reviews so knew what to expect but I think it might be a bit annoying if you not expecting it. The only think I didn't really like was that the shower is in the room with just the loo enclosed for privacy. A bit strange for a twin room. So there is no privacy for showering or dressing unless you go into the toilet cubicle.Also useful to know in advance incase you are staying with someone you would be comfortable getting undress in front of.

The room was clean enough. No bathroom, just a toilet in a cupboard and the shower in the room with door on it. TV had hardly any working channels and no storage. No tea and coffee in room
