Well stocked bar. Fantastic staff members, such as, the manager and bartender. Love the deep tub. Could use a little steam cleaning but overall a very good experience. Would definitely go back. Area is very quaint and lovely. Close to shops, eatery and trails.

Great winter weekend getaway stay at The Darby. Friendly staff, and modest, but, clean rooms. There are a couple of small hiking paths adjacent to the hotel that are perfect for dogs. The town of Narrowsburg is an easy walk from the hotel and offers a variety of food options, cute shops and a local brewery.

We came to the area for a concert @ Bethel Woods which is a 20 minute drive. The Darby was a nice find, very clean, very comfortable beds and linens which is key. The room was small but well designed. They have some nice amenities such as a bar, game room, outdoor area with fire pit and chairs. The next morning we walked across the bridge to New York State and a great coffee shop, that was 900’ feet from The Darby. Recommended!

The staff is very friendly and took care of things we requested with a smile. The facility is old, but clean and maintained quite well. We enjoyed the Darby fire pit with friends. Located a short walk to Narrowsburg and shopping, food and drink and a cool little brewery!

Very expensive for what it is. Rooms have no separation from the bar area and had people running and screaming down the halls at midnight. No staff onsite to assist and no response when we reached out the next day. Disappointing, a beautiful area but for the price of a nice hotel with the experience of a poorly run hostel.

Rooms are very small; no tv in your room; what they call a ‘light’ breakfast is really just a couple pieces of fruit and a handful of muffins; walls are very thin; and room was very musty smelling. Kind of a weird place but clean and closest place we could find to Bethel Woods. Former nursing home converted to hotel. Potential for some paranormal activity! Overpriced rooms were clean and vintage mid century. Self check-in and check-out. No staffing or staff services to even comment about since there were none. Nice fire pit complete with “s’mores”” was available. Very quaint little town of Narrowsburg was 5 minutes away across a bridge with a great breakfast and lunch restaurant.

Excellent stay!!

This place is superb! We arrived to home baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, which were delicious! The grounds were super cute. We napped in the hammocks, made s’mores in the fire pit, and slept soundly in the cozy rooms. It’s also a couple blocks from a cute strip of town with nice shops and bites. We’d love to return!

We had a lovely time at Hotel Darby. Ahead of coming the communication was great and they answered all our questions. When I arrived there was a special gift for my birthday awaiting us in the room :) The hotel is set up with many beautifully decorated seating areas and places to hang out, both inside and out. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We liked the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located within walking distance to downtown Narrowsburg. It was also a convenient location to the concert venue we attended. Other than no TV in our room our stay was pleasant. We meet other couples at the hotel that attended the same concert.
