Roomy bayside single-family house with private back yard can accommodate up to 6 guests. Short walk to bay beach to watch LBI sunsets. 2 full & 1- 1/2 bath. Central AC & deck off 2nd floor bedroom. Exterior stairway down to outdoor shower. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.
Tenant will be charged $25 extra cleaning fee if kitchen towels and bathmats are not washed and dried prior to departure.
