A 3 stop elevator and conveniently located to great shops, night life, entertainment and great restaurants .such as Dune 18 and Joe Pops. Enjoy views of the ocean from living and dining rooms as well as the 2nd floor and roof deck. This home features a beautiful kitchen with new appliances, new AC, hot water heater, deck railings. Anew entrance directly to back yard and new salt water pool. You will love the new outdoor shower. 5 spacious bedrooms, one master suite and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and new heated in ground pool! Great beach street. Plenty of outdoor recreation nearby. There are 2 Gas grills, 8 beach passes and beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella. Small Pets considered this year with a non refundable fee of $300.
