House is steps from the 20th Street lifeguarded beach and in the center of Ship Bottom - Hamburger 25, Ship Bottom Shellfish, Joe Popp’s, Raimondo's, Bagel Eddis, The Pancake House, Porthole Café, The Sand Trap, The Mermaid Room, the Haymarket and many more are within a block or two of our home.
We closed in the end of March 2024 so home has a bit of a facelift with new paint, upgraded furniture and some new finishings. The outdoor space is a private nook protected from the winds and has a large seating area with firepit, 55in outdoor TV, grill and large dining table to enjoy any meal! The front patio has new lounge furniture as well as a foosball table to enjoy on a break from the beach. The outside of the home will also be painted in early spring of 2025!
The home has two large main bedrooms with a king in one and queen in the other along with additional sleeping options in day beds, trundles etc in the rooms. The third bedroom is a small quaint room with two twin beds. TVs are in each room along with the main living area. The home has a washer and dryer. Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room/kitchen. There is off street parking for 3 cars as well as a driveway. Once you park here you can walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for your entire stay. Beach badges included for 6 people. Home also has beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for use.
