Beautiful single family home on the ocean side in Surf City. Home is four houses to the ocean and is very convenient to shops. Just park your car for the week and relax. Home features high speed internet and is a very comfortable reverse living contemporary - all bedrooms on first floor, the second floor features a very large open area with access to decks, including roof top, the master suite and 2nd bedroom share a deck downstairs. There is a 2nd refrigerator in the garage for your drinks and kitchen overflow. NEW for 2023 - garage is now a Bonus Room with sofa, loveseat along with a 65" TV for your streaming devices, not regular TV cable. Grill has a gas line and is located on the ground where there is also a picnic table for your convenience. THOROUGH AND METICULOUS BETWEEN-TENANT CLEANINGS! Tenants are responsible for lost beach badges (4). Please refer to directions on wall in kitchen as to how to leave the home at check out. Owner provides pillows and blankets,
