ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features in the living areas two large flat screen SMART TV’s with Amazon fire sticks to access all YOUR favorite streaming sources. Each bedroom has a smart TV to stream. We supply high speed internet using a wireless Google mesh system for a reliable WIFI signal.
HEATED POOL
We open the pool each year in late April and have it heated and ready to use by the first Saturday in May. It is serviced weekly and we maintain it at 82 degrees from May through mid October (through Columbus Day weekend). So come stay with us in May and September and enjoy great savings off in-season rates!

About the Owners:
We are Pam & Aaron Apfelbaum and Danielle & Joe Sherman, the new owners of the house.
Pam and Aaron have been renters for the past 7 years and have treasured every moment spent at the Beach House. Danielle and Joe are close friends of Pam and Aaron’s and have been frequent visitors at the Beach House during their stay. We decided to buy the house together because of our family’s mutual love for the beach and the amazing memories shared.
