Pros: Location Cons:Many things were broken including drawers, doors, and deck Curtains were too small which led to the rooms being very bright at nightSurrounding noise is pretty loudAlmost nothing is provided. Hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Outdoor shower has no hot water Bed “pillows” are really just couch cushions stuffed in pillowcases AC vents were taped togetherDryer doesn’t dry properly TV remotes don’t have batteries

The host was originally very good at communicating. However, when I voiced my concerns she quickly shut them down and proceeded to tell me that she is also at an Airbnb and sees issues but chooses to not “complain” about it. My complaints consist of: the master bedroom door not completely closing, the dryer not working at all, the kitchen drawer completely broken and unusable, sitting on the couch and having the air conditioning vent leak and not having pillows to sleep on. (We were told to bring our own linens, not pillows). I had purchased pillows and pillow cases and she said she would reimburse me for them and to just leave them there at checkout. I screenshot the total I spent on those items and she has yet to answer me or reimburse me. This house is also on a main road so there is traffic all night long and you should expect to not be able to sleep if staying in the master bedroom. Again, when I expressed all these concerns she brushed it off and said “you get what you pay for”. Mind you, I spent a few thousand dollars on this location (I stayed for 7 nights). I frequently rent houses and this is the first time I’m writing a negative review. I would not recommend renting this home unless you are okay with the issues listed above.
