Addendum has to be signed House has hardwood floors, huge kitchen with center island and wine refrigerator, hot tub in back yard, 2 decks, central air, , bedroom 1 with king bed, bedroom 2 with king bed, bedroom 3 w/ 2 double beds, bedroom 4 with bunkbed and twin, bedroom 5 with bunkbed with double on bottom and twin on top, bedroom 6 with twin bed. Oceanside, Just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. No smoking, No pets, No groups. Beach badges are a courtesy of owner but are not guaranteed.
