Relax and unwind in this private coastal guest suite, just steps from Copano Bay. Thoughtfully updated with a clean, modern coastal feel, it has a queen bed with adjustable base, a cozy sitting area, Roku TV with streaming apps, dedicated WiFi, microwave, mini fridge, coffee station, dining table, and a large private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Complimentary snacks and coffee are waiting for you.

The suite is private and attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance, keypad self check-in, and dedicated parking. There is no shared indoor space. Listen to a record on the vintage record player, play a card game, or sit out in the pleasant, flower-filled yard. The bay is a 2-minute walk away. With little traffic, it is a peaceful base for fishing, birding, day trips to Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi, or a quiet couple's getaway.

Good to know: the entrance has a half flight of stairs. The suite is attached to our home, and we have friendly dogs on the property. They never enter the guest space, but you may occasionally hear barking during the day. A Ring doorbell camera records only the exterior entry area. There are no cameras inside the suite.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.

The property is close to Rockport. The room was very clean and peaceful. There is a half flight of stairs to access the room. The parking could be better since the access to the room is on the back of the property. The host/hostess were very kind and accommodating.
