What a great property to use as base to explore the Bayfield/Durango area. This property is a well maintained guest house we found to be stock with all the essentials and then some. Very clean and quiet place. About 20 minutes from downtown Durango and only about 15 minutes from Lake Vallecito. Easy access and driveway parking. Has any cooking essentials you need and the washer and dryer is certainly a plus. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
