Welcome to our vacation home. Here, we share a little hideaway that the owner herself enjoys using. This middle house in a row of homes is right in the heart of it all, yet very quiet. From almost every window, you can enjoy a view of the mountains, blue skies, and green ridges—pure relaxation. From our house, it’s a 10-minute walk to the hiking parking lot, which serves as the starting point for many trails of varying difficulty levels. The supermarket and bakery are a 10-minute walk away. The train station and bus stop are just a few minutes away. From here, you can use the guest card to travel for free to Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Königssee, Hintersee, or Salzburg. Bad Reichenhall is a 15-minute walk away. Please note that the total amount is due 2 weeks before your arrival. Thank you very much.
The first floor is all about cozy togetherness. A large living room with a couch and TV, a rustic Bavarian dining area by the tiled stove with a serving hatch leading directly into the spacious kitchen, which also offers plenty of room for a cooking evening together. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge-freezer, an electric stove with oven and ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, silverware, pots, and plates. Please help yourselves to the herbs and oil. Dish soap and dish towels are, of course, already provided. On the first floor, there’s also a guest restroom, a sun terrace with patio furniture, and a small kettle grill. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor and can accommodate 5–6 people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters. The second bedroom features a French double bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 meters. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 2.00 meters), and on the same floor there is a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet, an urinal, and two sinks. We look forward to welcoming you.
