Quiet, private location by the ocean, Kayak across the bay and explore white sandy beaches and coves on Man-O-War Cay and Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. Fish the flats just in front of the property one of the best area for bone fishing. Relax around our gazebo and sundeck right at the water's edge or go for a swim in the clear turquoise water just in front of the gazebo.
Bay View vacation rentals location is perfect; it’s away from it all, only a car ride from George Town (7 miles) the capital of Exuma.
This two conjoined units is perfect for small family or couples who just want to get away from it all. You can rent one unit or both units depending on the size of your group. Each unit contains two bed rooms, One room with a queen bed and one room with a queen and a double beds. One bathroom with a bath and shower, the full kitchen has modern amenities including fridge/freezer, stove, micro-wave, coffee maker and much more. The lounge/dining area has a dining table that seats four and a breakfast counter that seats two, a large sofa and love seat with WiFi internet TV.
All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned, at back of the unit there is a BBQ Grill and a small wash room with a washer and dryer. At the front of the unit there is a large patio with lounge chairs and a gazebo at the water's edge for you to relax and appreciate the view.
The owner is a professional bonefish guide, so if you want expert help and a guide for the day ask for “Charlie”. Kayaks are available Free of charge for your enjoyment, 6 Cars (Toyota Corolla Axio) and a 15ft Boston Whaler with a 85hp motor are available here at the property for RENT.

We had another wonderful stay at Charlie’s villa. The two bedroom villa was spotless, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with, the living room was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great for hanging out and watching the breathtaking views of the turquoise water and white sand. This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Charlie is wonderful — always quietly there when needed, and attentive without ever being intrusive.We rented a car from him for the time of our stay and Charlie also arranged an airport pick up for us on our arrival. We had wonderful time kayaking, relaxing and exploring the island. I also have to mention, we booked massages with Charlie’s sister-in-law Nitza, who is truly amazing. Everything felt effortless from start to finish. One of those rare places you instantly want to return to and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and memorable seaside escape.Thank you Charlie!!!

The location is one of the best kept secrets on the island! Beautiful, peaceful and perfect for hanging at the beach, kayaking or grilling. Charlie is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. The place was immaculate, well-equipped and charming. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare several meals and the grill was spotless. Plenty of outside seating, and comfortable inside too. We spent more time than intended at villa because there was a cold front that kept us out of the water, but I couldn’t complain with a comfortable house and a beautiful view. Charlie also has cars for rent and if the weather had cooperated, we would have rented his boat too! He was such a great host, we look forward to staying with him again on this beautiful island.

Just spent a fabulous week at Charlie's place. Such a beautiful piece of property to kick back and relax at. Loved the small beach to relax on and throw the football with my Son. Charlie is a wonderful host that will help you with whatever you need. Arranging the ride from and to the airport to having rental cars available at the property is extremely convenient. Can't wait to return to the paradise.

If this place is available you need to book it ASAP! Not only is the location breathtaking (on the water with its own private beach) but Charlie is an amazing host & is very accommodating. He lives behind the unit so he’s quick to respond if you should need anything. He was so kind to help us get a few food items during the holidays when stores were closed & also held our luggage for us after checkout since we had a later flight. He truly cares about his guests. His adorable dog, Chloe, made sure to greet us everyday & was very popular with my kids.The villa is immaculate and we actually had the opportunity to see why: Charlie personally moves the furniture around so he can mop every inch of the floors after checkout. He also takes each cup/dish/utensil out of the cupboards & hand washes them even if unused to ensure everything is as clean as possible for the next guest. It is obvious Charlie takes great pride in his place & is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is at its best for your stay. We also rented a car from him & everything was very legit with a contract filled out beforehand. Our family loved using the kayaks provided to explore the nearby beaches & Moriah Cay…talk about heaven on earth! This was our first visit to Exuma and we can’t wait to return. I just hope the villas will have availability then because I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Charlie & please give Chloe some ear scratches for us!

Extremely Clean, everything clean! Family friendly, extremely safe, quiet, peaceful, most beautiful landscape that is so calming! There is no noise pollution there or light pollution. You can hear and feel the wind, smell fresh air, hear the palm trees sway in the wind and the water clashing up on the rocks. Just an amazing place.

Dream Vacation and location!My husband and I celebrated our anniversary/my birthday trip here.Bay View Villa #1 is picturesque, quiet and private, just what we wanted.The villa was immaculate has a well equipped kitchen, full bathroom, roomy comfy bedrooms, ocean view patio, gorgeous grounds and Exuma views.Love the private manicured beach with kayaks available to use.We enjoyed morning coffee, watching the sunrise over the ocean, watching for turtles and wildlife in the ocean front outdoor sitting area.Evenings and sunsets are a must see.It was more beautiful than the pictures and more breathtaking than I imagined.Mr Charlie takes pride in his property and I’m so pleased we stayed here on my first trip to Exuma.We were greeted by the owner Charlie, who is hospitable, warm and welcoming.I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a gorgeous location, privacy and an immaculate beachfront view Vacation rental.Thank you for a fantastic stay Mr Charlie!

We stayed in August. Villa was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach towels, kayaks and beach toys. Owner was always there if needed. We asked for a cooler and a couple of hours later it was waiting for us by the front door. View and location are unmatched. Plenty of outdoor seating, beautiful private beach and a gazebo with the most stunning view. Charlie, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. We can not wait to be back next year!

I've stayed 5 times in Bayview Villas in Rolletown. I think that's all you need to know really about how good a spot it is.In 17 years of coming to Exuma, I've stayed in Bayview since 2014, and everytime it's perfect. It's got everything you need to cook, hang out, and Charlie & his family always have the place immaculate for each guest. Whether you've used it or not, it gets cleaned after for the new guests. Charlie is great, always here when you need him, but otherwise working away on site somewhere. The BBQ grill ran out of gas one evening as I was cooking and I emailed thinking we might get a new one the next day...Charlie arrived down within 2 minutes of the email getting sent with a new gas bottle! That's service that's unbeatable.The location here in Rolletown is also unbeatable. All the best, empty quiet beaches are within a paddle or boat ride away. The area never looks the same with the tide coming in or going out.The wildlife right in front is so abundant. I've seen sharks passing, turtles, porcupine fish, sting rays, dolphins! I don't even look for another place to stay whenever an Exuma trip is planned because there's no other place on the island thats as good.

Paradise!

This was my second time staying at Charlie's place across from Man O'War Cay. My family of 8 rented both units and loved every minute of it! First off, Charlie's place is spotless. He and his wife take great pride in keeping the place clean and ready for guests. The location is great, about halfway between Georgetown and the beaches on Little Exuma. We explored lots of beaches in the area, but our favorites were right across the channel and over on Moriah Cay. We took out the included kayaks multiple times during our stay, which made exploring the Cays so easy. We saw lots of wildlife, sharks, rays, and turtles right from the patio on the water.Charlie was also very accommodating and let us check in early on arrival and check out late on departure. He is great to work with and very responsive to any concerns we had.I highly recommended booking Charlie's place for your vacation to Exuma!

All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads.

My husband and I just came back from a week in Exuma, and this place was by far the cleanest most comfortable place we have ever stayed at in the Bahamas. Everything you could possibly need or want was provided by the Charlie the host including a rental car and boat. The house was fully furnished including a wonderful kitchen with all of the utensils and whatever else you needed to cook a meal with. We fell in love with the house and location, it's absolutely beautiful and Charlie and his sweet dog Chloe were the icing on the cake. We will be back next year and hopefully for years to come.

Amazing Location, Spotlessly Clean, All the Amenities, Excellent Host

Stop looking for the perfect place to stay in Great Exuma - you just found it! This is a quiet, semi-private location right on the bay, with an incredible view of Moriah Harbour Cay, and in close proximity to Man-O-War Cay. We knew we picked the right spot the moment we pulled up the driveway and saw the incredible view! The villa was immaculately clean and very welcoming. The moment you step onto the back patio you are in paradise. A short walk through the yard and you arrive at a gazebo and sundeck right at the water's edge. This provides incredible photo opportunities, direct access to the water via a ladder right off the deck, and the most stunning crystal blue water you’ve ever seen. One of the locals said it looks like Windex – and they are exactly right! Right off the deck, we saw a shark, a turtle and sting rays. We also saw a few dolphins in the bay from the back yard. The provided kayaks make it easy to explore the sandbar right across the channel. We even hiked over the dune to Moriah Harbor (bring closed toed shoes). The entire space is relaxing and provides an environment for you to unwind or be as active as you want. We kept saying how incredibly gorgeous the view was and that our pictures don't do it justice! On our next trip to Exuma, we will definitely be staying here again.Charlie was the best host: responsive, helpful, has rental cars, and a 15-foot Boston Whaler available for rent. We took the boat for two days and it was perfect for our family of 4.

Unbelievable views and privacy

Absolutely amazed by this property-it’s private location, views, and the amenities offered. Charles was the kindest person we met on the island. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee overlooking the blue waters and watching Man-o-war cay sandbars emerge as the tide went down. We saw more ocean life here than anywhere else. There was a turtle that visited the beach, colorful fish, and even a small shark! We enjoyed kayaking across the water to man-o-war, and finding our very own private beach with a nice shaded area. Charles had the place spotless!! This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. This was the best vacation we have had to date and we were sad to leave. This place will always hold a special place in our heart as we got ended here during our stay

Perfect Island Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this rental in Rolle Town, Exuma. The property was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host Charlie was incredibly helpful and responsive—offering great recommendations and sharing local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. One extra bonus was that the host also has rental cars available, which made getting around the island super easy and convenient.The location couldn’t have been better. Serene and beautiful location

Fantastic stay

We loved our time at Bayview Villas in Exuma. We stayed approximately 2 weeks in Villa no. 1 and were really impressed with the accommodation. It was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything one could possibly need. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the outside pagoda was a great addition to enjoy the stunning views. Everything was as per the photos and better. Charlie is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We also rented Charlie's boat for 3 days to explore the surrounding cays as well as a car to visit Exuma's beaches. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Villa Experience

The customer service and attention to detail is excellent. You can tell they take pride in their property and homes. The villa was cleaned like you would want your own house cleaned. It was spacious inside and out, plus so many amenities including but not limited to ability to do car and boat rental from Charlie on site. Charlie is an amazing host. Highlight of the trip!

First time in Exuma and Charlie was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The waterfront is so beautiful and the Boston whaler/car gave us easy access to explore. The house is cozy and immaculately clean, all of the appliances, rooms and furniture were spotless. We will definitely be returning and staying longer next time. Highly recommend.

BEYOND INCREDIBLE!

We have traveled to dozens of places across the Caribbean, and this was one of the most beautiful places we've ever experienced. This unit was also the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in - anywhere! Charlie and his wife have created this incredibly relaxing place where your soul can rest and unwind. I can't overemphasize how BEAUTIFUL the view is from this unit. The photos don't do it justice!The unit was spotless and had every convenience we could ask for. We cooked during our stay and had everything we needed; the unit is very well stocked. The unit has air conditioning and ceiling fans. It was stocked with paper products. There is a washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets. They really have thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing!We rented a car from Charlie (he has very nice, new cars!) and were so happy we did. He arranged for a taxi from the airport and things could not have been smoother. They have kayaks and paddle boards to use, and we ventured out a couple of days to explore the area. We saw turtles (daily), a baby shark, birds and fish. We explored the island across the way and found shells and crabs. This location is off the beaten path which is what we wanted. The location provides an amazing quietness. When we were sitting on the dock watching the water we didn't hear cars, trucks, boats or people. It was just the sounds of nature - what a change!We will stay here again (and again and again....) and look forward to it!
