Was very nasty, water was black, we couldn’t shower for the two days we stayed, we had to pack up all out things & move to another hotel which was very inconvenient! Was just a horrible experience.

Clean hotel, but since I arrived I started to have problems with the parking space. They said they had self parking but they actually share the small parking with other businesses. Also I booked a junior studio and they were giving me a standard double bed room, I complained about that and the manager told me that it was hotel.com fault. At the end they gave me the junior studio but after having a bad experience.

El hotel está en deterioro, la habitación que renté (dos ambientes) no tenía bueno el aire acondicionado en uno de los ambientes y los toma corrientes un dormitorio estaban totalmente malos. Me cambiaron de habitación y me terminé encontrando una cucaracha en la siguiente habitación. La piscina siempre estuvo sucia y no la pudimos utilizar.

It’s a great hotel, but they need to work on customer service. Also the window doors they have did not locked so that felt unsafe. Also I understand they are ecofriendly with the AC only being on when you are in the room but than they should have an 18BTU AC because the rooms are big and take a long time to cool down. Besides that, very comfortable beds and spacy rooms.
