A great place to stay, I would definitely stay here again. I have 2 complaint, they always put the gratuity on the bill without telling you even though they say is your choice when you tell them and they can remove it, if you don’t realize you tip on the top of tip. Second they offer a free shuttle to ferry, I think is a plus but they send me to the wrong ferry and I missed mine that I had paid already so I had to buy another ticket and we were 4 people.

Beautiful resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool was huge, clean and not very crowded. The beach was always swept and clean. It was an amazing stay. I would highly recommend Infinity Bay Resort.

He AC didn’t work and there’s cockroaches everywhere, including giant ones in our room. We endured AC-less nights for 2 nights, and once we found roaches inside the unit on the 3rd night, we were out. I know, it’s the Caribbean, it’s warm and wet which is perfect for roaches. But if you charge $300+ a night, you better get rid of all of them…and have your AC actually work. Plus, actually have your doors close. I wouldn’t be posted a 1 star if they charged $100. Since the pool is probably the best pool I’ve ever been in. Kids and us loved it. But god damn. The arrogance to charge that high and yet not do basic pest control or AC maintenance is embarrassing. I mean, maybe it’s not embarrassing. It’s Honduras. There is no shame here. The reputation of Honduras is so terrible that there is nothing to protect. Best to make your money and run away into the sunset. Y’all better not delete this.

Great place to stay with combination of the best pools including a new kiddie pool area, tanning area in the water and super nice beach with top notch snorkleing out by the rope area! Great shore diving as well and top notch dive teams The food prices at the resort have gotten very high since they add on a handling fee and taxes etc. But there is great restaurants along the beach to choose from also

Everything made an ideal vacation - from the diving, to the beaches and the staff. The staff were excellent. My only negative comment is that if you do not purchase the all inclusive, then the drinks and food were over priced - especially with the taxes. But I would definitely go again.
