I had forget my debit card after an extremely stressful roadtrip. I freaked out when staff advised me they needed a card on file for the deposit. I think the staff member saw I was stressed and exhausted- she reassured me everything was okay and waived the fee provided by I promised I wouldn’t smoke in the room (not a smoker anyways). Then she upgraded us to a king suite for the same price just because they were “slow”. I’m going to be coming to bay city quite a bit in the coming months; and I’m definitely going to spend my money here every single time. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Perfect stay.

Front desk staff was great!! the hallway smelled like urine. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and not a good quality. Property does not really look like the photos. There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom and stains on the back of the door and wall. There were also outlets missing plate covers which is extremely unsafe.
