The family-friendly and traditional accommodation Residenz Carl & Do is located in Baveno, just a few minutes' walk from the shore and public beach of Lake Maggiore. The complex impresses with the classic furnishings of the comfortable apartments, which leave nothing to be desired. A garden, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and a fantastic view of the Alps is also available. For the younger guests, there is an indoor playroom with many toys, a table tennis table, a small area for playing football and a pool table. The apartments of the residence, furnished in a comfortable and classic style, offer everything you need for your holiday.
The modernised three-room apartment of about 55 square metres impresses with its modern design and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. In the living area there is an armchair bed that offers sleeping accommodation for an additional person. A satellite TV is available. The kitchen has an electric stove and oven, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink and a hairdryer. The apartment has a furnished balcony with a view of the mountains. Travel time from the Italian border approx. 2h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type of house.
ARRIVAL DAY + STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in the desired season. Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please contact us before arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Here, too, departure is possible the day before. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.

Around Lake Maggiore there are numerous small towns waiting to be discovered.Baveno or Germignaga, for example, have retained the rustic charm of a picturesque fishing village with their small squares and narrow alleys. Larger destinations such as Locarno, Ascona or Arona entice with a combination of Mediterranean flair, tradition and hospitality. Whether museums, boutiques, antique dealers or exclusive shops - it is not difficult to take Lake Maggiore with all its beautiful places to your heart. In addition to magnificent castles and villas, Lake Maggiore attracts with several islands, each of which has its own individual charm. In particular, the archipelago of the Borromean Islands, located between Verbania and Stresa, exerts a special charm on its visitors.
