Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig mit sehr guter Lage. Wir konnten Bautzen fußläufig erkunden, hatten einen sehr guten Bäcker direkt im Haus und die Supermärkte sind auch nah dran. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gut und es steht wenig rum, was wir als sehr angenehm empfinden, weil so genügend Platz für uns und unser Zeug ist. Das Badezimmer ist groß, modern und mit Waschmaschine. Die Küchenzeile ist kompakt, aber uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe und jedes hat einen Kleiderschrank. Cons: Leider fehlen in den Schlafzimmern definitiv Vorhänge oder Rollos zum Abdunkeln. Es ist abends bzw. nachts sehr hell wegen der Jahreszeit, aber auch durch die Straßenbeleuchtung. Außerdem wird natürlich der Bäcker im Haus früh beliefert, was lauter und störend sein kann. Nur ein Teil meiner Familie wurde dadurch geweckt, also ist es abhängig vom Schlaf der Gäste. Ich hätte mir des Weiteren eine bessere E-Mailkommunikation gewünscht.

Schöne Wohnung mitten in der City. Zu empfehlen nur für 5 Personen. Schlafcouch nur Platz für 1. Mussten ein Luftbett nachkaufen. Küche etwas unsauber ( Kelle ect. kauften wir noch nach). Kontakt vorher zu Vermieter alkes okay. Vermieter sollte auf Mängel/ Defekte in der Ferienwohnung achten und diese auch angeben
