não havia um tapete ou pano no chão do banheiro, ao solicitar fui informado que não poderiam resolver porque não tinham o material para solucionar o problema, portão de saída do estacionamento permaneceu aberto por um longo período comprometendo a segurança dos veículos dos hospoedes e ao indicar o problema a recepção fui informado que eles já sabiam mas mesmo assim não providenciaram a solução do problema.
